Our September Resident of the Month is Charlie Hodge!

Mr. Hodge has been with Memorial Woodland Village for about 2 years. His career was quite impressive. He was a Hospital Printer Auditor, Accountant, a Bank Night Auditor and worked at a Bakery.

Mr. Hodge enjoys playing Checkers with anyone willing to participate with him, and he occasionally engages in hall bingo during this COVID-19 lock down. His favorite spot is strolling around the courtyard and watching the birds at his bird feeders.

Mr. Hodge finds inspiration in newspaper cartoons and enjoys drawing them. He has been drawing since he was 8-years-old. He talks to his loving friends on the phone, and really misses them!

He is always a jokster! His latest joke was that our coffee is like Superman . . . it’s strong, just like he likes it!  Thanks Mr. Hodge for always making us laugh.
