Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Ingredients

2 small to medium spaghetti squash

1 8-ounce package of cream cheese

1/2 cup hot sauce

1/2 cup of blue cheese dressing

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, cut the spaghetti squash in half and roast 30 minutes, cut side down.

Allow squash to cool at least 5 minutes.

Prepare buffalo chicken by placing the cream cheese and hot sauce in a sauce pan on low heat until completely melted. Stir in the blue cheese dressing and shredded chicken breast.

Scrape the sides of the squash and blend with the above listed mixture. Sprinkle with the grated cheddar cheese and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
